Yes I did contact a staff who marked it as "evidence is older than 7 days" and he said that he knows its not fair but rules are rules and I did not submit it for ban evading. My report was for scamming. So I hope you can over turn your decision if I have nessasary points for that gesture.

Yes sometimes I get my reports fast as well but in this case I reported for scamming which I dont think is very common and it may take time on any report eg- Innapropiate language, Bhop etc Cause I got this same message with those as well. It might be due to region or my luck is horrible.

And in the statement respectfully written by you it states that "Thay cant ban a player after 7 days" Thats also the problem with this un-nessary rule. If the rule states that a report will be ignored/the evidence is older than 7 days then they cant ban the player.

fyi I played in snn1 for over 5 months of sxmii is there ash him who perfectbros_45 is and played the whole of ssn 2 ssn 3 was trash so I did not play that one and this ssn I have been playing since it started

And just a tip if you want to "fix the server bug" do it where you report bugs/issues not here, cuz barely any staff respond here.
