Honestly for the NPC, if they have Citizens(which they probably do), they can either create a GUI menu using DeluxeMenus or if they already have it, just make the NPC run a command. Team Vaults are not that necessary but boosters sound like they can be useful. I feel like /refill is too OP but...- Khosraw
