REFILL: As for /refill, it shouldn't be instant since you can just kite and /refill to get pots back. It should take 5 seconds of you standing still and/or have blindness and slowness for about 5 seconds so if you're getting chased, you'll have a disadvantage whenever you refill, but if you're...- ovq
