I got banned for no reason at all in this server, IDK why. And I have proof that I don't hack on Jartex. Can someone help me?

I also Got Banned from jartex for no reason. My brother and my neighbour also play with me but they banned our IP address
If you are banning us then at least tell the reason
I did not abuse my rank rights or anything, I dint did anything like dupe glitch hack, or anything like that so why?
Please either unban me or tell a valid reason
I had fun playing your server but now this stupid ban of no reason is spoiling my feedback for a great server
