Cannot send in-game messages. Help?

My in-game name is: Marko2155

So everytime i try to send a message through in-game chat it just declines by saying: "Cannot send chat message", and i didn't even get muted. This only happens in public chat though. Through /msg i can send texts just fine. Can anyone help me?

Hi there. You need to plug a keyboard into your personal computer, which you can then use to send chat messages. I hope I was of assistance.
