Does voting keys reset every month?

So I have been collecting voting keys for a while now. I haven't used the voting keys. I have about 30 bote keys. Do they reset when a new month begins? Should I spend my voting keys before the month ends?
Also why does the 2nd voting link never work?

If you are talking about minigames voting keys then no they don't expire while other gamemodes lile prison, factions or skyblock, their keys reset every season!

Also 2nd link doesn't register vote for some reason (maybe a bug)
