Describe your suggestion:

In game you could add a /staff help command for newer players or global interest but there needs to be like like a restriction to player like example there is the help command added and staff get spammed there could be like to put a reason why they need help and the system will filter one by one for the most inportant to least​

There's an assistance chat on Discord where players can ask for help and always get answers whether from a staff member or a player (unofficial) -1
