How do I gain access to the dark souls cave layer in prision?

what are the requirements for being able to go into the darksouls cave layer? It doesnt let me access the dark souls shop or the cave itself. Nobody in the chat was responding so....

Use /soulshop and buy the "Dark soul cave ticket" for 4000 soul gems.
This ticket is seasonal, and u will be able to access that area for the rest of the season.
