My rank didn’t work

Hey I was just playing factions and I had bought a rank voucher on ah for 5 Million and it was a steal because it was seasonal titan rank. I had just earned the money but selling a Gucci set of armour and once I bought the rank I had right clicked it it said Voucher has already been used and I didn’t get my rank
