Hi, I just bought diamond rank using rank upgrade (had iron rank before), and it did not view in-game. I have proof of payment (screenshot).

Brudski, you can't get diamond rank from iron using a rankup. You must first rankup to gold if you wanna do that. Instead you must directly buy the rank if you do not want to rankup to gold first.

Community Assistance - Solution

Hello WhyAgainMe I would like to mention this is not server issue and their is nothong staff members can do about your issue, you are required to have Gold rank before upgrading it into Diamond rank using rank upgrades. It was totally your fault trying to use rank upgrade to upgrade your Iron rank into Diamond.
