Once upon a time, there was a vibrant community of gamers who loved to play Minecraft on the JartexNetwork server. They formed a tight-knit community on a Discord server, where they would chat, share their creations, and discuss the latest updates to the game.

However, one day, the community was thrown into chaos. The management team, who were responsible for overseeing the server and the Discord server, made a controversial decision. They took away the Known member roles from many of the long-standing members who had earned it through their contributions to the community, and gave it to others who had done very little to deserve it.

The frustration and anger among the affected members was palpable. They had put in countless hours building, creating, and helping others on the server, and yet they were now being demoted without any explanation. The Discord server was buzzing with conversations about the injustice that had been done.

Some members spoke out against the management team, accusing them of favoritism and nepotism. They pointed out that the people who were given the Known member roles were often friends of the management team, rather than members who had actually earned it.

The management team, for their part, tried to defend their decision. They argued that they were simply trying to bring in fresh blood and give new members a chance to shine. But the community wasn't buying it. They saw the decision as a slap in the face to the dedicated members who had helped build the server into what it was.

In the end, the controversy died down, but the scars remained. Some members left the server, feeling betrayed and disillusioned. Others stayed, but with a sense of distrust towards the management team. And the moral of the story? That in any community, whether it's a gaming server or a real-life organization, fairness, transparency, and merit should always be the guiding principles. When these principles are ignored in favor of favoritism and nepotism, the result is often a fractured community and a loss of trust.

True, but after all, it was just a joke which lasted more than it should have.

It pains how this was even considered while there are way more essential and necessary adjustments to be made for the community and staff-team.

Jartex is and always will be pulling things like this. Nothing changes about that, sadly
