So, recently I've seen many players using hacks, even Ghostmode for their clients..and even if staff thinks that someone is hacking, don't they need proof? Spectating isn't enough evidence throughout. Don't they need to ss? I'm just really frustrated on how when staff get on and someone says that the other person they fought are hacking, staff ban them without word (Which is consider Hypixel's stupid WATCH DOG plugin.). I'm not saying this because I got banned or anything, I'm just trying to clear my mind.

Staff always have evidence for each ban they make, so if you ( or your friend ) think that you were falsely banned then please fill out an unban appeal right here : https://jartexnetwork.com/forum/forms/unban-appeal.2/respond

I can ensure you that all bans are backed up with proof. You can make an appeal on the Unban Appeal Forum if you think that you are falsely banned. I'll close this thread as the answer on your question has been given.
