What's it like to own a big faction?

I'm not sure what the biggest faction is at the moment, but anyone who has like one of the bests factions on the server or has a pretty big faction I want to know what's that like? Most of the time I end up getting people that end up leaving and raiding my base or they just end up leaving and joining another one Rolf.

It's probably a weird question, but I'm just curious.

u dont invite randoms that you dont trust, i think you should start off joining a faction ( on jartex / outside of jartex) and making faction mates that you trust and form a faction together and start inviting through a recruitment sheet and try to make your faction very beef free
