Yes it won't really ,,improve'' jartex,but it would be nice,and people would spend money on it.It doesn't really takes that much time,and there wont be the whole server buying them so it's not impossible to do it.

As i said ,,Players to request what country flag they want'',and it will not be that hard for jartex to do that.

So the 1.8.9+ spawners are really hard to get,because u dont get them in spawner crates,from keys etc...And they dont count island top,i tried the piglin it doesnt counts as island worth,i dont know if it's ment to be like that,but it doesnt seems right.

Yes that may happen to you,but not all people that got banned spammed you tho,and maybe few got scammed to use the command and they didnt know about it,so thats servers fault,like the glitches that arent that important can go thru,but this glitch reseted SBD like again as people speak.
