I I've already mention this in my suggestion that I am suggesting to work on /report command not to create it, because I do know that command do exist already, my suggestion is just to improve it.

From high-level/rank players, I meant skilled players. your point is understandable, but I would like to wait for others' votes too. after all, in the end, developers will be the ones to make the decision on whether to accept or reject it or even Ignore it 🤣

So I'll give answer to your questions. Less skilled people will just report good players thinking that they hack, which can disturb the staffs from their jobs. In this case, staff members would still investigate those high-level/rank players, and this is also their "job," which might be helpful...
