What is your suggestion's title?
Report command menu

Suggestion Details:
Hey there, I've noticed for several days that there's already a /report command to report rule breakers instantly. However, players still prefer to report on forums or Discord. Why not utilize the /report command in-game for more efficient reporting? My suggestion is to create a comprehensive report menu. For example, when a player uses the /report command, it could open a menu with different categories:
1. Report 2. Reports Archive
Report will work for reporting rule-breakers like it does, but in the Report Archive, players can see the stats of their submitted reports, whether they are accepted or not, or they can keep track of the number of reports they have submitted, if they want.
This menu will be display for staff members like:
1. Report 2. Reports Archive
3. Player Reports
1st and 2nd categories will work the same, but in the 3rd one, staff members can open it to see the reports that players actually submit. Additionally, when a staff member is online in the server and a player submits a report, there should be a pop-up message for staff members like:
[Player] Submit a report aginst [Player]. (Ignore) (Review)
1 thing to clarify, I am not saying there is no /report command I am saying to customize it and add a menu.

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?
With this, players will start using the /report command, making it easy for both staff and players. Players can report rule breakers efficiently, and staff members won't need to open the forums website to check reports and punish rule breakers. (I'm not saying to remove the forums report because it will still be helpful for chat reports and cross teaming purposes.)

Extra Information:
I've already explained every important thing about my suggestion already.

Not even going to lie, this would help a tone! Easily a +1.
(edit: even though iFly said the /report command isn't a working thing I'm still going to upvote this :c)

Yeah, I know right. Some staff members say it does work, yet others don't. Kind of confusing 🤷‍♂️

Yo ShadowBox ShadowBox , After reviewing your suggestion, I've decided to Downvote/-1 it for the following reason(s):
  • Less skilled people will just report good players thinking that they hack, which can disturb the staffs from their jobs.
  • It will take a lot of effort to be added.
  • We're already got an option to report players using forums.

So I'll give answer to your questions.
  • Less skilled people will just report good players thinking that they hack, which can disturb the staffs from their jobs.
In this case, staff members would still investigate those high-level/rank players, and this is also their "job," which might be helpful to catch high-level/rank players who are cheating on the server. we have a huge example of Medulaaa.

  • It will take a lot of effort to be added.
I agree, it'll take a lot of effort, but the results will be progressive and helpful.

  • We're already got an option to report players using forums.
As i've already said, this will be an efficient way to report players. however, you would still be allowed to report on forums, though. for new players who don't have much knowledge about the server or those who encounter hackers without evidence or proof, they can use this method, and it will be really helpful.

Hello ShadowBox ShadowBox ,
After reviewing your suggestion I've decided to downvote it /-1.
Reason(s):
  • Even though your idea is quite interesting, I think that It's unnecessary.
  • As you said /report does exist and in my opinion, it doesn't need to be more detailed than It already is.
  • People use the forums to report with evidence, that is the difference with that command in the game.
  • Staff would get spammed and most likely distracted from something important because of people reporting others just because someone is better than them.

Thank you for your interest in improving JartexNetwork! <3 :jartex:

I never said anything about “high-level/rank players”. If you take ME as an example, on a regular day for me, I get hackusated over 100 times a day, and this happens to almost all the good players, if those less skilled people report me 100 times a day, it will take a lot of time for staffs to check if they were really hacking or not, because they will have to spec each of them.

While if players report on forums they can just check the footage that they're really hacking or not, while if this command gets added, they will have to spec each of them to check if they're hacking or not.

From high-level/rank players, I meant skilled players. your point is understandable, but I would like to wait for others' votes too. after all, in the end, developers will be the ones to make the decision on whether to accept or reject it or even Ignore it 🤣

+1 As staff members we already have a different way of seeing submitted reports, but adding a menu where players can view ones they already submitted would be nice for sure.
