Add Ladders and Kit Editor for Bedwars practice.​

Description:

Ladders are a very important aspect in bedwars at the moment so I think it should be added.

And we bedwars plays hotkey a lot, and in this mode speed matters so we can't stay and change r hotbar. So kit editor is also necessary.​
