So we can all say, he got caught in 4k

Normally, if you would have reported that, it would've gotten reported due to it being insufficient evidence. Most people say those types of things jokingly, but if you do have gameplay proof of him actually cheating, you could report it here.

When you are using a hacked client and you try to bind something or whatever with a prefix it doesn't show up in the chat, so probably he was joking or misclicked the dot with a comma.
