Coordinated Admissions Program
CaOMSNG.png

We are excited to introduce you to our new program called Coordinated Admissions Program, also known as CAP. This program is designed to provide an opportunity for those who are interested in becoming a staff member but did not receive immediate admission to the team.
The program involves a series of training sessions and tests to evaluate an applicant's capabilities in handling the responsibilities and expectations of a staff member. The program lasts for a total of 1 month, during which the applicants will undergo training and evaluation to prove their knowledge and dedication.
If a user successfully completes the program, they will be immediately admitted to the staff team under position of Trial, and will undergo a 2-week trial period, as opposed to the normal 4-week trial period. This means that they will have a chance to prove their skills and capabilities in a shorter amount of time and potentially become a full-fledged member of our staff team.
We believe that this program will not only give deserving candidates a chance to prove themselves, but it will also help us maintain the high standards of our staff team. We hope that you will support and welcome those who will undergo the program and join us in our efforts to build a strong and responsible community.
Thank you for your attention, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact of this program on our community!

CAP Requirements

In order to successfully complete the Coordinated Admissions Program (CAP), applicants will need to meet certain requirements on a weekly basis for a period of 4 weeks. These requirements will include attending scheduled training sessions, completing assigned tasks, and demonstrating an understanding of the server's rules and policies.
Throughout the program, applicants will be evaluated on their ability to work collaboratively with others, communicate effectively, and handle various situations that may arise within the community. It is important to note that completion of the program is not guaranteed, and applicants will need to demonstrate consistent effort and improvement in order to succeed.
CAP Benefits

As a part of the coordinated admissions program, you will no longer be required to apply for the staff team after meeting the requirements. But instead, you will be granted immediate admission to the team. Therefore, after undergoing this 1-month program and meeting its requirements, you will be ready to become part of the staff team.
The normal Trial Period lasts a total of 4 weeks (1 month) but given how you have already gone through a 1-month training period as a part of CAP, your Trial period will be reduced to 2 weeks, making it a total of 1 month and a half since the beginning of the program, until your potential promotion to Helper as a fully-fledged staff member.
Aside from this, those who successfully complete CAP will be given 2000 gold once admitted to the team.
How to be CAP'ed?

In order to be CAP'ed, you must have applied to the staff team, and your application must have been considered for acceptance, but you can't be offered immediate admission to the staff team at the moment, therefore you are required to undergo a 1-month training period to ensure you are ready to take over the responsibilities of a staff member.
It is important to note that not everyone who isn't offered immediate admission to the staff team is offered to participate in CAP, and the majority of applicants do get their applications denied.
If you would like to increase your chances of being admitted to the team through CAP, or an immediate decision, it is important for you to have an outstanding application compared to the rest.
