Suggestion Details:

Due to start new season in a week i want suggest following:
We should not allow any staff to join any faction in new season because we need a fair competitive!
If staff want to join faction they can play without staff permission.
I witnessed that staff only heard they members faction and then false strike and false banned! and we must appealed for that. sadly

Thanks for let me know why I got a downvoted.
You know that staff job is manage server instead focus mainly to Farm/PVP/Raiding.
Have you suppose that if a faction have a staff member they always reply quickly their members report while other factions need to wait longer including false banned and false strike! this is partiality and imagine if they members report while we inactive so who can appeal in a time they report because when they reported their problem always solve immediately.
