Appeals

If you have been banned or muted on JartexNetwork and either you think there was a
mistake or you are looking for a pardon, you are free to make an unban / unmute appeal.
You can post your appeal in Unban Appeal / Unmute Appeal / Discord Unban Appeal.

Notes:
You may appeal only 5 times at each section.
Remember that honesty is always the way to go in your appeal.
If your appeal got denied, you must wait 1 week in order to create another appeal.

Password Reset


At the Support & Suggestions department there is a section called Password Reset. There you can request to reset your password, but in order to prove that you own the account where you forgot your password you must answer to some questions.​

Notes:
The thread will be private and other users won't be able to see your answers, therefore you are safe.
This section has the lowest priority in staff's duties, therefore it can take a while till your request will be processed.

Reporting Players

Reporting rule breakers is a way for to be able to contribute in making this server a better place and make sure that justice takes place. Due to the large size of the JartexNetwork, it is impossible for the Staff Team to be able to supervise everything that is happening. For this reason, we encourage all of you to report any player they see breaking the rules with a proof. Below are the instructions on how to report players breaking the rules on our different departments.

Reporting Chat Rule Breakers [Server]
To report anyone breaking the chat rules, please create a report in the Player Reports section at Chat Reports.

Reporting Gameplay Rule Breakers [Server]
To report anyone breaking the gameplay rules, please create a report in the Player Reports section at Gameplay Reports.

Reporting Players [Forums]
To report any content you come across on the forum that breaks the rules or to request any form of Moderation action please simply press the report button and describe the situation as clearly as possible.

You can find the ''report'' button underneath every message/post. This report will be sent to staff members, and they will take care of it.
Any reports that don't break any rules will be ignored, abusing the report button will be punishment.

Staff Applications

JartexNetwork, Forum and Discord moderation is a duty that is taken care of by the volunteer part of the staff team. All your questions regarding staff applications can be answered HERE and any important information (changes, opening/closing dates for applications, updates) concerning staff applications can be found HERE.

You can apply for the Trial rank on the server by making an application here. If you can't see the button for creating a Trial Application, you need to know that the number of applications has been reached and you will be able to apply after the applications are reviewed by the staff members from Staff Applications Team.​

Bug Report

Before reporting any bug, make sure that the issue that you are experiencing isn't common and that a simple fix isn't already provided here. If that isn't the case, please create your report HERE, following the instructions found HERE.​

Donator Rank

If do you own an account in a game in our network with a donator rank, bought from the store or won it from a crate, you can have the Donator role in the Jartex Discord. Having that role, you will receive some awesome perks.

Server Store Assistance

If do you experience any issue when purchasing from our Store, or having any questions regarding your purchase, you can create a thread at the section called Payment Issues and voodootje0 or Max will try to reply as soon as possible.

Notes
Normally, most transactions go through after around 5 or 10 minutes maximum, in certain cases it can take up to an hour or even more depending on the payment method used.​

SkyWars, EggWars, BedWars hacks

Combat Hacks

Bow AimBot - Automatically aims at the player.
Flight - Flying from island to island.
KillAura - Head automatically snaps and hits player / Added reach.
TriggerBot - Attacks When Entity Walks Into Eyesight.
Forcefield - Don't aim to hit players / Hits in all directions (at the same time).
NoFall - Don't take fall damage.

Render Hacks

Tracers - Shows lines towards players.
ChestESP - Shows where all chests are.
PlayerESP - Shows box around players.

Gameplay Hacks

Anti Cactus - Don't take damage from cactus.
FastEat - Eat at 2x< the speed / Weird eating sounds.
NoFall - Don't take fall damage.
NoSlowDown - Sprint Whilst Eating, Using Bow etc.
NoWeb - Don't take slowdown from webs.
AutoArmour - Automatically equips best armour.
AutoSteal - Automatically steals loot.


KitPvP, PracticePvP

Combat Hacks

ClickAura - Same as forcefield, but manual clicking is required.
ClickAimbot - Same as killaura, but manual clicking is required.
TriggerBot - Attacks When Entity Walks Into Eyesight.
KillAura - Head automatically snaps and hits player / Added reach.
ForceField - Don't aim to hit players / Hits in all directions (at the same time).
Reach - Can hit more than 3 blocks.
Criticals - Automatically jumps for critical hits / Sometimes just critical hits without jumping.
Fightbot - PvPs for you automatically - Hits, runs etc.

Gameplay Hacks

Flight - Flying in the air.
BunnyHop - Sprinting and jumping around left, right, forwards and backwards.
Jesus - Walk On Water & Lava.
AntiFire - Don't take damage from fire aspect.
NoSwing - Attack entity's without swinging.
NoFall - Don't take fall damage.
NoSlowDown - Sprint Whilst Eating, Using Bow etc.
AutoArmour - Automatically equips best armour.

Factions

xRay - See through blocks to find bases and / or minerals.
AutoTool - Switches to the correct tool for the job.
MobAura - Same as KillAura, only attacks mobs.

How To Detect These Hacks?​

Combat Hacks

ClickAura - Look for hits without aiming / Hits in all directions at the same time - only whilst clicking.
ClickAimbot - Look for sudden head snaps / Constant CPS / Constant combos - only whilst clicking.
TriggerBot - Look fot attacks when entity qalks into eyesight.
KillAura - Look for sudden head snaps / Constant CPS / Constant combos.
ForceField - Look for hits without aiming / Hits in all directions at the same time.
Reach - Look for hits from more than 5 blocks.
Criticals - Look automatic jumps for critical hits / No jumps for critical hits.
Fight-bot - Look for typing whilst hitting, running etc.

Gameplay Hacks

Flight - Look for flying in the air.
BunnyHop - Look for sprinting and jumping around left, right, forwards and backwards, whilst also hitting the player.
Jesus - Look for walking on water and lava.
AntiFire - Look for no damage from fire aspect, make sure they have no potions on.
NoSwing - Look for hits without without arm swinging.
NoFall - Look for no fall damage.
NoSlowDown - Look for sprinting whilst eating, using bow etc.
AutoArmour - Look for armour being changed whilst in combat.
