Guys I need help

When I try to login my account on Jartex and I enter the password it says wrong password. In the past when I was online on the server I got a message saying someones trying to login with my username so I changed my password, now when I try to enter my password it says wrong password. I am a cracked player can someone please help me? I need to login and change my password before the imposter does something that may get me in trouble or get me banned.
