HELP I LOST ETERNAL ITEMS LAST NIGHT

I lost all eternal items. Last night the server slowed down a lot, please help. Eternal items i got in PLAYTIMEREWARD. It's not fair, it's very difficult for me. STAFF can check all that to make sure I'm not lying.
