I CANT SPEED BRIDGE

I've been trying to speed bridge from over 2 months now and still cant do it consistent enough to cross to a base. I practice the timing almost everyday and still can do it without falling (talking about straight bridge). Plz if any of u have any tips or common mistakes reply..

if u learn it once u can do it fast and slow u can control the speed just need the rythm

the best way is to do it very slowly and consontrating in your bridging dont be fast or freak out just relaxe and bridge
