Increase default generater speed

Currently the gen speed is i guess 4 iron per 4 sec. So i was telling what if its done from 4 secs to 3 secs, then games would be faster.

If you want to suggest something for the server you can do so here. Plus try searching if it's already suggested or not. Here is a guide on how to make good suggestions. Also that suggestion of yours has been already suggested and denied multiple times so it's less likely that it will be implemented ingame.
