It says Im already online the server for like 10 minutes it doesnt let me join

I went out of spawn to PVP and instantly I get kicked out like it was on purpose and I cant join because it shows someone is on the acc

Just turn off your wifi and turn it again, it will fix the issue easily

Restart your router. It probably says "you are already connected to this proxy"

This is fixed, it was a server bug for everyone
