My friend got perma banned for nothing

My friend username Klinsky285 has been perma banned for nothing. The ban message says scaffold and when we went checked the youtube link attached to the ban message it's some different dude b hopping. And even the date of the ban is 2022 something

Hello R Ryofi000 , your friend is not banned, it's just an IP conflict, he does not have to create an unban appeal. The other player was banned in the past, and your friend's IP conflicted with that player's IP, so it's showing that your friend is banned. He can fix this issue by simply restarting his wifi/router (turn it off for some secs, and then turn it back on). And if your friend has a static router, then he won't be able to fix this issue by restarting the wifi/router, then in such cases, he can create a ticket and wait for management team's response: https://jartexnetwork.com/support-tickets/open?department_id=4.

And no, the iron expires within 14 days of obtaining it. However, if you're talking about your votes in /vote, then yes, it will reset once the month ends.
