Hi i am epic___1234 i got nether portal trapped and now am stuck here as i cannot use any commands and i have somehow lost the clock that we get. So if a helper or admin could please help me that would be really nice.

I can help you if you got discord, I've been playing in the nether since 2018 and got some solutions for these basic traps

Just type /settings in sbf and there you can find if you want to keep the clock or not
