Alright, let me start this post off by saying I made a thread about resetting my passcode a long time ago and still staff haven't fixed the issue nor even replied back about the current standing of it. With 18 views on the post and 17 of those views being from staff. Exactly how long does it take for a staff member to do something about this. And what staff rank is able to do anything about it.

Password resets are handled from Admins+. Patience is the key.
