Not trying to rude but as an Asian player I feel a bit offended. Although with my high ping I try to enjoy the game, don't you think it's a bit rude to suggest this?

Absolutely not, this is completely unfair. An idea that could work is dueling the player with the same ping. That would make it a lot more fair.
