please help i lost my god rank

i bought god rank with gold i purchased. well i open some captain crates and got a elite rank voucher and thinking i’d just unlock the kits and stuff but keep my god rank, i used the voucher. now i can’t fly, use any god commands, not even my kit. please help i spent all the money to use god rank for not even a day

do they even care to answer? i’ve put in 2 bc i spent quite a bit of money for a rank i lost over something so stupid and couldn’t have possibly known it would derank me by like $70
