Neutral.
Cells are a void world, so way less laggy. Addition of drugs will make the plot world even more laggy than it already was.
Cells feel fresh and new, they fit the style of prison a lot more than plots did.
However, merging plots was really cool and being able to have your plots right next to friends was also awesome.
If i had to vote either +1 or - 1, I would say - 1.
