Introduce Bow-boosting in Practice​

Suggestion Details:

Jartex's practice server has never gotten a pvp update in so long, and its only fair to the player base that they play with the modern playstyle.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Faster to catchup to runners in modes such as BuildUHC.​

This isn't really a ground breaking change but I do think it's a nice QOL change that might make things slightly more interesting.

Practice is no longer receiving updates as it is a legacy gamemode. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets removed soon
