Problem in reporting a player

Hi everyone.
In reporting a player the other day, my report got denied.
Why ? Because : Insufficient evidences.
But I show them a video and idk how to show more evidence than a video.
I was reporting a reacher and how to report a reacher other than showing them a video ?
Because we can't see if a player reach or not on a picture (but maybe with a GIF).
What they mean by "insuffient evidence" ?
How can I show more evidence for reporting a reacher ?

Can u send the evidence here? Insufficient evidence means that it is not clear whether the person is hacking or not. You need a strong evidence to get a hacker banned.

Reach is hard to distinguish unless it's above 3.70 blocks, and staff members have to be 100% sure of whether this player is cheating or not before taking any action. Keep up the good work by reporting rule breakers and leave it to our staff members.
