Problem with key backpack

Everytime I get a key from mining the server says that I don't have a key backpack so I miss the key. The problem is that i have a key backpack in my inventory while the server says it.

sorry, this is a bit late, but no it's not full it just doesn't register it as a key backpack

if you can't open the file it says that i have 0 / 25 keys

I have the same problem too

maybe try /kit and get a new key bp, if u cant do that buy a new one from /backpackshop. If the problem still continues, make sure it says your name on the key bp and make sure its in ur hotbar, always have one.

I did, i already try all the possible things and still the same
