, TP trapping is allowed only in Lifesteal and is a punishable offense if done in any other gamemode
You can report toilavinh112 for TP trapping/killing over at https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/gameplay-reports.60/
You could also report his faction members who were assisting him breaking the rule
Include details and enough evidence in report so that staff could convict him with ease
Also make sure the evidence is not older than 7 days and be patient once you are done making report as it may take some time
