Skin changing

I encountered a problem with my skin, on hypixel my skin is the one I set it to be but on jartex it is one that I never kept. Can someone help me with this?

Hello MelloniBelloni,

This issue is with a lot of people on the server. It is a server-side issue so there is nothing you can do. Just wait until your skin resets by itself.​

I got this problem too i recently got premium acc on hypixel its normal but on jartex is alex or steve u have to enable the nickhider mon on lunar client and enable show skin and then it fixed it for mine so ye try it

Hello MelloniBelloni,

• Sadly, the server has had a major outage when it comes to skins refreshing. This is kind of out of our hands until the Developers find a fix or a patch for it. There's no ETA about when it'll be fixed. We're all aware that it is an issue and will hopefully be fixed soon. Apologies for the inconveniences.​
