I don't know if this is already a thing or not but
there should be punishments for Team Trollings.​

How could this help to improve JartexNetwork?:

This would be helpful to reduce the players and reduce the diturbance in gameplay​

This has been suggested before, and it has been denied. Team trolling isn't that common, and it wouldn't really affect anything. Also this suggestion has basically no detail, and was hastily written. -1
