Why did I get muted?​

Suggestion Details:

It would be nice if people would get an explanation on why they got muted, because now people get muted without an explanation and even though they may have written something in the chat that was not by the rules they may not remember. Most people get muted a week after they said something wrong and then they can get angry/upset because someone muted them 'for no reason'. It's also been shown that if there are punishments that don't need explanations those punishments are more likely to be used and the ones that punish are more likely to use that punishment with less evidence because they don't need evidence (it could also be abused).​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

If people got an explanation for why they got punished they would have more understanding and be less upset, sometimes they don't even know why they're getting punished and then do it again because no one told them that that was the reason they got punished.​

Extra Information:

You could say that people know what they did wrong or that people automatically know if what they wrote was good or bad but not everyone knows what is accepted on which server and people don't remember what they said in chat a week ago, just show them what they said and give an explanation on why that's not accepted on the server (those explanations could be just a few words like the reasons people have to give when they report someone, for example: 'racism/discrimination' or 'swearing').​
