I agree with your idea, It can help the server in terms of getting rid of rule breakers. But If you are going to report, make sure not to send the whole game. Having to watch a whole game to figure out one moment can be frustrating and time-consuming, so cut the part you need and report it. +1.

This is already a thing. The staff has access to a command called vanish, which prevents players from seeing them in-game and from in-game commands. This means that, If they decide to spectate your game, you won't be able to know. -1, already exists.

For me the knockback on skywars works fine, I can knock players off the map and fight them without any issues. -1.
