Just like kaivalya stated, I think you have to be online during the entire event. Otherwise you could just log off, and still get the rewards without doing anything.

Only higher staff members can view your reports. And if you want that staff will look into your report, they will without you promoting it. Same applies for player reports or anything the like of it

I think they do care about it, but fixing a gamemode usually takes some time, and maybe they are trying to bring some new features in. Anyways, I guess look out for announcements regarding it, and if you see people breaking the rules, just report them with evidence

+1, maybe it is because of personal experience, but it is a good idea. When players have excess gold/iron in game, they should be able to gift players. Upvoted!!

You mean donation rank on the forums or? I have the Crystal rank in game, with all thr commands working. It just usually doesn't nick me when I join a game. (I nick in the bedwars hub/lobby, then hop on in a game to see that the nick is gone). As for the discord, I also have the ranks on there.

The best thing to do is just play, and try to come around some new strats. Sometimes it is better to rush quick (if you are on solos then sideways is usually the go to; same for duos. 1 stays to defend the bed and the other rushes). And sometimes it is better to just stay a little bit defensive...
